Kim,
Perhaps you could look for automotive earth straps - the ones used for
ground connections between batteries, hoods etc. They are not tinned and are
available in large sizes - if the ones for cars are not big enough look also
for truck accessories. I don't know how the US automotive aftermarket is
structured, but I guess there are also plenty of automotive part dealers. If
you only need a few, the nearest scrap yard could be a cheap source.

Folks,
I am looking for some heavy, flexible Cu braid to use for heat sinking
purposes (as opposed to grounding purposes). This is for a vacuum
application and so we do not want tinned material. Anyone know where to
find untinned copper braid?
