[Sneap] TCP 040 Turbo Controller

Hello SNEAPERs,

 

Can anyone e-mail or fax me a schematic diagram of a TCP 040 turbo
controller.  I purchased one form eBay in “as is” condition for $200.  When
I switch it on, the power (green) led comes on for ½ a second then goes off.
Also, there is a relay in the unit that energizes at the same time, and it
stays energized.  Any help would be appreciated.
