[Sneap] SF6 related information

    Here is the list out of the SNEAP Oddball Suppliers list.  I haven't
updated it in several years so some of this info may no longer be valid.
We purchased some SF6 from National Specialty Gases last summer as they had
the best price. At that time, SF6 was very scarce and they were even looking
outside of the US for additional supplies.
