[Sneap] Power Diodes and SF6 testing

Greetings!

 

Does anybody know of a company that tests SF6 (for humidity)?

 

Also, the HVEE accelerators (former General Ionex) use some special
power diodes in the generator column (pigtail).  Does anybody know of
another manufacturer than HV, or somebody who could custom make them?
We ran out of them.  There is not much info about their characteristics
in the documentation. If anybody knows details about them would be
great.
