[Sneap] FW: Van de Graaff Charge Belts

Dear Sneapers,

Our company, Electron Technologies Corp., has recognized that a need still
exists for anyone still operating Van de Graaff accelerators to be able to
find replacement charge belts. Since there was a vacuum created when High
Voltage Engineering announced that they were no longer going to be making
belts and the successor belts from Passaic Rubber never really worked, we
have been busy working with another belt company to develop our own charge
belt.

Using different materials and construction than the High Voltage neoprene
belts, we have had good results with the new belt.  Since we installed the
belt in March , 2007, data and performance information is still being
developed.
