[Sneap] Tube conditioning

Hi all,

   We are going to be installing a couple of new beam tubes in our 
HVEC FN Tandem.  I have heard a variety of thoughts on how to best 
condition new tubes as they are brought up to higher and higher 
voltages.  I would be interested in any thoughts/comments/experiences 
(good or bad) that anyone may have concerning conditioning tubes.
