[Sneap] etching of PCBs

I tend to use National Research Labs out of New Mexico. My contact is Jay, 
the email is <NRL1 at aol.com>. When I have small boards to be made I may get 
the best price at Advanced Circuits, the email is <chris at 4pcb.com>. As you 
know these places look at the overall size first, followed by the minimum 
hole and track width, number of layers, pads etc.
