[Sneap] Stand Alone Cryopump Motor Power Supply?

Hi Chris,

We've done it here.  It was for a cryotorr 7 though.  Basically, we 
pulled the requisite circuitry from the SC compressor diagram.

As I recall, the two phases pass through untouched (or fused if you 
wish) and a third phase is "simulated" via capacitor.  I'll dig around 
and send you what I can find directly.

By the way, we run all our APD's this way now using ASC compressors.
