[Sneap] Cerium Implantation

Greetings!

 

Does anybody have any experience with producing Cerium beams?  In
particular I am interested in ways to handle pure Cerium as it seems to
be not a friendly material and I have to load a rather large (2 in)
target.  I also have to put a hole in the disk and the MSDS mention that
even a scratch can ignite it.  Any suggestions here would be greatly
appreciated.
