[Sneap] etching of PCBs

A few years back I used PCB123 with good results. I believe their prices 
were based on # of sides and total square inches of board. I had small 
boards so they were quite reasonable. The quality was good. They also 
have an app with which you draw the board and you can immediately see 
the prices and submit the order from inside the app.
