[Sneap] Reactor Experiments Inc.??

Does anyone know what became of the company: ³Reactor Experiments Inc.²
They used to be in Sunnyvale California and
I seem to recall that they were bought out years ago but I can find no trace
of them.  If anyone has any information on this
topic, I would appreciate it.
