[Sneap] First announcement, 13th European Conference on X-Ray Spectrometry (EXRS2008)

Dear Colleagues,



On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the 13th European Conference on
X-Ray Spectrometry (EXRS2008), we would like to invite you to start planning
your participation for our next year meeting at the Adriatic sea coast. From
experienced experts in the field, young scientists, end-users using X-Ray
spectrometry for various applications, to industrial exhibitors with state
of the art instruments, all participants will have a chance to enjoy in rich
scientific and social program.



We hope that you will enjoy presentations related to the latest scientific
and technical achievements of XRS and exciting applications and spend your
free time in relaxing Mediterranean environment at the end of spring and
beginning of summer. Numerous possibilities for excursions (including the
ancient town of Dubrovnik, nearby islands, national parks and inland) and
usually pleasant seawater temperatures ideal for the beach time, will make
this conference exciting for accompanying persons as well.

It is expected that the 2nd announcement will be ready in December 2007. The
Abstract dead line is 1st of March 2008. The conference will be held between
Monday 16 June and Friday 20 June 2008.
