[Sneap] Maintenance database

Hello all,

We have been considering implementing a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to help with programmed maintenance of our EN tandem. There are lot of 
commercial packages as well as some open-source systems; however they 
ether seem overly complex or very specialised. I would be keen to know if 
anyone uses such systems and if so how practical they find them?
