[Sneap] Dust removal/gas drying

Hello sneapers,

We are having some problems with extra dust from our gas dryer. In fact
what happened last time when we dried our insulating gas was that although
the dew point went down, the sparks were more frequent. Oh, our machine is
a 5-MV belt-driven vertical tandem (EGP-10-2) and we are using 20:80
CO2+N2 mixture at 1.4 MPa (14 bar)
When we opened the tank, we observed lot of dust both in the spark gaps
and on the terminal shield. We know that the dust is not from the belt, it
resembles more the dust from the zeolite filling of the gas dryer.
It seems that the zeolite is not good anymore and needs to be replaced.
And maybe our particle filters, too. Any recommendations for a new
filling?
What particle sizes is still tolerable? This crucial, because no
information of the original filters is available. Perhaps filters for
compressed air are OK?

Best regards,

Pertti
