[Sneap] EN energy stabilization

Dear sneapers,

We would like to increase our EN Van de Graff terminal voltage stabilization.

For time being we use charging belt and we control the corona current with feedback from the GVM.

On the Pickup capacitor we measure fluctuation about 1kV, dose anybody get better results?
