[Sneap] Heaters

No, I was unable to find a vender that sells or manufactures replacement
heaters for the old T.M. diffusion pumps.  Luckily, I was able to get
what I needed from David Weisser who is at the Australian National
University in Canberra. They
had some leftover parts.  Wish I could help more.
