[Sneap] water leaks Quad coils

There are cooling water leaks on most of the coils in the HVEC quadrupole
doublets (see attachment) used on the 14UD in Canberra.  We have eight
quads and have gotten by over the years by running them at low power without
water cooling.  Now there is an experiment that needs to run the quads at
higher power so the water leaks are a problem.  In 1976, HVEC sent us 3
replacement coils.  We need more.  Does anyone have any quads or replacement
coils that don't leak or know how to fix the leaks?

All suggestions welcome to old owners of old equipment.
