[Sneap] SNEAP 2008 Oct. 12-17 - Second announcement

Greetings!

 

SNEAP 2008 is not far away (7 weeks only!) and we need to get the
calendar of events in place.  Please register soon and make your trip
plans in case you want to attend.

 

1.	In case you plan to register only when you get here, please be
so kind to let me know if this is the case.
2.	Please make soon hotel reservations as the rooms in downtown Ann
Arbor will go fast and the discount rate will be available only until
09/12.  If you plan to reserve a place at another hotel, I am sure it
will be better to reserve it soon.  Public transportation is available
throughout Ann Arbor and is relatively easy to get from one place to
another.
3.	We are in need of more presentations.  If you had a good/bad
experience with your accelerator that you would like to share with all
of us please register to give a short talk.  As mentioned earlier, there
will be some special talks each day, but we still need contributions
from other accelerator operators.  Please send them directly to me
(ovidiu at umich.edu ) mentioning if you have a preferred day or session
(morning/afternoon).
