[Sneap] Micro Mass 2 VG RGA

Dear Very Old SNEAPERS,

 

I have lost both the manuals for our very old Micro Mass 2 VG Residual Gas
Analyzers.  Does anyone out there have a manual or at least the information
about which pins on the octal socket for the ion source that the filament
uses?  There is the possibility that there is an SF6 leak into the
acceleration tube of the 14UD.  The installed RGA is the only fool proof way
of knowing one way or the other.
