Like Chris, I have seen +1 N (as well as CO2, CO, O, O2, N2, OH, H2O) when I had a tank gas leak. I never looked for higher charge states. The Florida State boys did an experiment in a tandem with a RF terminal ion source producing +1 15N. They might be the guys to contact.
