I remember Ziegler/Current had one but I think it was UNIX.
200KeV max but probably could be tweaked.
Might try search Ion Implant Conference, Berkeley CA, 1985-86.
Ion Beam Modal, I think, was the abstract poster title.
I'll have to look around for some old 8" floppies.

[Sneap] Beam simulation software
Greetings!
Does anyone know of decent software that can simulate an ion beam through
an accelerator? Info on who sells it (freeware of course would be much
better) would be appreciated.
