[Sneap] Group3

I appreciate all the responses.  We received a copy of the g3c.llb that
fixed our problem.  I had to rename/relink a few vi's to get it to work.

We are using Labview 8.2.1 with a dual Xeon machine and the driver we
downloaded is work fine, (so far).
