Several years ago we obtained bids for making bending magnets from 4 
companies, one of which was Everson Electric.

The others were:
GMW (Danfysik) (650-802-8292, gmw.com)
Walker Scientific (Now LE USA Walker LDJ Scientific) (248-340-7040, 
laboratorio.elettrofisico.com)
New England Techni-Coil (603-569-3100, technicoil.com) [Lowest price]

The first two may not qualify as U.S. manufacturers but have offices in 
the U.S.
