[Sneap] Using the Ortec 916A MCB card in a modern computer?

We have an aging but still good Ortec 916A MCB card which contains an 
ADC and some memory for use as a simple data acquisition system. It 
works with Ortec's Maestro software. The card is an long ISA card and 
the computer it's running in is quite old. We would like to keep using 
the card, which works well and is expensive to replace, in a modern 
computer which, of course, doesn't have the ISA bus.

There are some converter products on the market but we wondered if 
anyone has had experience doing this. We have no other sure way to find 
out if the card and software will work with a particular product.
