Could you tell us what you have in mind? We at www.raraf.org use a Mad City
stage that has a +-100 microns movement in x-y and 100 microns in z.
http://www.madcitylabs.com/index.html No rotation though.

Subject: [Sneap] Sample Positioners

The host for the 2008 SNEAP annual meeting is the University of Michigan at
Ann Arbor. The meeting dates are: October: 12 - 17, 2008.

Hi all.

I am searching for reliable sample micro/nano-postioner suppliers for a
potential nuclear microprobe that will hold the ion beam fixed while moving
(and potentially rotating) the sample. This is still in the preliminary
planning stages so the specific parameters for the positioner are not yet
decided.

As always, thanks for your input in advance.

Respectfully,
