Dear Bob,

This could be an interesting inventory.

Here at IRMM we have a 7 MV HVE CN machine. We use a gas mixture of 85% N + 15% CO2 to which we add about 1-2% SF6. However, to go to higher energies (> 5 MV) we nee rather high pressure, about 200 PSI (14 bar) to avoid sparks.
