[Sneap] SF6 information

We have a compact T type tandem. We have large exhaust fans in the
accelerator area (vault). They are intended to be used for tritium
leaks but would also work for SF6.
The storage area for SF6 also has an exhaust system an a large door
which can be opened if needed.
