Ludwig:

Can you e-mail me the HVEC coil information that is written in white
lettering on each of the coils? I'll take a look at some of our spare
quads here.

Thank you. Cheers!!!!!

Hello Sneapers,

we have a problem with our Quadrupole Lens at the exit of our MP8
Tandem. The field in one quadrupole of the doublett is incorrect. Is is
too low at one pole and to high at one of the neighbours. May be that
there is a short circuit between some windings of the coil with the
lower field...

Therefore we are looking for spare parts (coils) or a complete lens. May

be that someone in the sneap community has such a lens, which is not
needed anymore.
Attached you find a picture of our lens. It is from HVEE a 4 inch Double

Quadrupole Assembly (Drawing nr. D-MAG-142)

Waiting for your help or advice

Ludwig Beck
