[Sneap] SNEAP 2008

Greetings!

 

With only 5 weeks to go, SNEAP 2008 is very close.

 

1.	We still need presentations for the conference.  I am sure that
most of you coming or consider coming, have a lot of things to share:
things that happened with your accelerator during the past year,
advancements in research in your labs or improvements/additions to your
equipment.  As information in critical for the people in our group it
would be great if we could hear about those things.  Please send me a
title and a paragraph describing what you want to talk about as soon as
you can so I can fill in the presentation slots.
2.	Those of you who tried to register at the beginning and didn't
get your cards charged, it is likely that you are not registered yet.
As the hotel reservation list doesn't match the registered participants
there are at least a few there that are not registered.  If you still
plan on coming to Ann Arbor, please register soon or at least confirm
that you are coming and that you will register upon arrival.
3.	The discounted hotel rate is going to expire soon.  This hotel
is located in downtown Ann Arbor, an excellent location for visiting the
city and the campus.  If you plan to stay at a different location is
fine but you should reserve your room soon as there is a football game
the weekend before the conference.
