Go to my IBA Periodic table web page above and then down to the IBL Links youll fine under ion solid interactions an excel program called "Q".  Launch that and just fill in the grey cells, and voila it calculates the charge state distributions for any ion at any energy going thru gas and C foils.  It uses Sayer's old parameterization.

SNEAP Community-
This is a pretty good website if I must say so myself!  The table itself summarizes the capabilities of IBA across all elements.  At the top you can download some eyepopping images of this table to print out and even take a virtual tour of our current lab. Clicking on one of the elements gets you to all kinds of nuclear reaction data.  And at the bottom there are links to DUKE's very useful nuclear database, RUMP, SIMNRA.  And finally at the very bottom are some excel programs I use all the time.  If you don't want to use the link above just google "IBA PERIODIC TABLE".
