[Sneap] Any spare magnetic steerers out there?

Thanks to the SNEAP community for a great response to my posting about mag quads and help with "the move".  There are literally dozens out there.  We will be assessing the field gradients we need, and ill get back to each of you.

Another thing tho, and I should have thought of this with the first posting, is that we will also need several x-y beam steerers.  These will have to be magnetic as we are talking about 10s of MeV ions.
