[Sneap] Question about SNEAP 2004 (McMaster)

Fellow Sneapers,
 I recall the banquet speaker at this SNEAP discussing techniques for 
enhancing or inhibiting the effects of radiation on test subjects, such 
as mice. I was relating this to a colleague, who would be very 
interested to learn more. Could someone send me the name of the speaker, 
or a abstract, or a reference of some sort?
