Lucas – I am sorry I can’t help with your BN question, but I am curious to
know why you are planning to use BN canals in an RF ion source?

Cheers

Objet : [Sneap] VDG ion source BN canals

Hello all,

I am looking for a supplier of Boron Nitride that can be machined down for
making canals for a Van De Graaff ion source. I have found a supplier
(Saint-Gobain Advanced Ceramics) but they have several different types of
Boron Nitride and I am not sure which one I need. Any guidance would be
greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
