[Sneap] VDG ion source BN canals

Hi Lucas,

We had our ion source refurbished by POTENTIALS INC. from Austin, Texas
recently and for the first time BN canal was installed in the ion
source.  We had to replace the BN canal with quartz after BN was
identified to be causing the spike in pressure when the ionization
started in the ion source.
