[Sneap] VDG ion source BN canals

I have to agree with TF Choo. We used Potentials for our ion source
refurbishment for years but in the past
few years they supplied BN insulators for the extraction canal and we
got very poor performance from these bottles.
The bottles would never clean up - always strike on some residual
gas. We actually observe the BN glowing in the presence
of the rf and assume that it is contaminating the plasma. We went
back to HVEE bottles with the Quartz bushing and
the problems went away - we have been running with the same source
bottle for a year without problems.
