[Sneap] What brand of chiller do you use?

Dear SNEAP,

We are curious what brands of chillers people are relying on to cool their 
research equipment.  Our heat load on the chilled water system ranges 
between 4 and 30 tons and we get outside temperatures as low as 0 F in the 
winter.  We purchased a 35 ton Carrier unit 3 years ago, with low load and 
low ambient options that should keep it operating down to -20 F, yet it 
reliably fails at +20 F (18 such events this past winter).  The 
manufacturer has given up on trying to make the unit work as 
advertised.  So we are seeking a unit from a different manufacturer.  What 
brands are in use, especially in colder climates?
