Dear Colleagues,

I will be presenting a talk at Heavy Ion Accelerator Technology Conference,
2009 on "Present and Future of Electrostatic Accelerators". This will be a
snapshot of the present state of heavy ion electrostatic accelerators as
well as their expected development and use in the near future. The value of
my talk depends upon your input.

Could you address the following issues for your electrostatic accelerator?

1.	What improvements have been made in the last 5 years?
2.	What improvements are expected in the next 2 years?
3.	What improvements would you make if not limited by budget?
4.	What has the machine been used for in the past 5 years? Give
percentages if possible.
5.	What will the machine be used for in the next 2 to 5 years? Give
percentages if possible.
6.	What are the most important features of your machine that contribute
to its reliability and versatility?

It would be most valuable if you send me you response by Friday, 20 March
2009.

Yours in hope,

David Weisser
