Hi Brian,
I have a small amount of the oxide left from my thesis work thirty
years ago... Not sure
that we would want to part with it though.

We got ours from Oak Ridge - their catalog is at: http://www.ornl.gov/sci/isotopes/catalog.htm

Have you inquired at Cambridge Isotopes Labs: http://www.isotope.com/cil/products
, they list several in their
online catalog but you have to call for availablility and pricing.

Finally, I have used AMT for some isotopes: http://www.isotope-amt.com/website/site/index.asp
